This smoothie makes it easy to get your greens and a sweet fix with no added sugar. It's a glass full of energy!

  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 - 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  1. Add everything to blender, starting with 1/4 cup of milk. Add more milk as needed to get the blender moving and reach your desired consistency.
